New and Improved Microplate Manager^® Software for Microplate Data Acquisition and Analysis

Microplate Manager software 6.3 is the newest version of the comprehensive software package that enables powerful, versatile colorimetric and turbidimetric analysis of microplate data for the iMark™ and xMark™ microplate absorbance reader systems. This version offers a brand new layout and new icons, making the software even more intuitive and accessible.

Version 6.3 also introduces two new read modes for the xMark microplate spectrophotometer:

• The UV protein mode can be used for automated fast estimation of protein concentrations with nucleic acid backgrounds on 96-, 384-, or 1,536-well clear microplates
• The new DNA read mode can be used to determine the DNA concentration and purity ratio of multiple samples in a single run. These data are automatically combined in DNA read mode with the user-defined cutoff value to determine pure/not pure pass/fail criteria
